What are Nasal Polyps?

To find where the blockage is we do an endoscopy of the airway in the OPD.To find out if you have sleep apnea you have to undergo a sleep study.

- Avoiding sleep deprivation
- Avoiding sleeping on the back and sleep on the stomach or on the sides.
