17th - 23rd March 2019 : The 2019 theme for International Infection Control Week is Protecting Patients Everywhere. It is critical that healthcare professionals across the continuum to work together to prevent infections. The event is organized for raising awareness of the role infection prevention plays to improve patient safety. The seven days were filled with fun activities and informative sessions by the lab team.
