Reinfections driving spurt in covid-19?

With Delhi and Mumbai witnessing a rise in covid-19 cases, health experts said those who have already got covid should not become complacent as there are chances of reinfection. A health expert said, “A section of people who were infected/admitted to care during the previous waves is not adhering to covid appropriate behaviour saying they are immune to the virus. However, this may not be true as reinfections are quite common during every wave.”
