I can do yoga after my knee replacement surgery by Dr. Chandrashekar
<p>I am Sirnivasan, I am 80 years old. I underwent total knee replacement operation at Sakra World Hospital by Dr. Chandrashekar. I have been practising yoga for a long time and was worried whether I can practice it after my surgery. But I started yoga after the surgery upon doctors recommendation and observed fast recovery. If we do the right yoga, the post-surgery rehabilitation and recovery is fast.</p>
