Dr. Nanda Rajaneesh trained for her M.B.B.S. qualification (1990-1996) at the J.J. Medical College, Davangere, affiliated to the Davangere Kuvempu University. She then went on to pursue a M.S. degree in Surgery from the prestigious Mysore Medical College (Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences). Dr. Nanda published her postgraduate thesis on a study of benign breast diseases. Dr. Nanda completed a fellowship in gastrointestinal surgical oncology from the acclaimed Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai (2003). She also secured a scholarship to attend a workshop on research ethics at the world-renowned Harvard Medical Centre. Her additional qualifications include Fellow of the International College of Surgeons (FICS, 2005), a Fellow of Association of Colorectal Surgeons of India (FACSI, 2005), a Member of Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS , London 2008), Fellow in Bariatric Surgery (Belgium), Fellow in Pancreatic Surgery (Germany), and Fellow in Colorectal Surgery (UK).
